Fuji

I have been there several times and I love the dishes there. Sometimes you might get extra stuff from the restaurant which is nice like soya milk, etc. However, the Pho there is not the real Pho, so highly recommended do not take it and the restaurant should fix it or DO NOT sell it at all. There are some staffs not really friendly with customers (western) as my observations. In general, really nice food price a bit expensive, but definitely will come back

Being an Asian who grew up believing that you never truly have a complete meal without rice, I of course felt the need to check out this restaurant in the land of cheese fondues. It's touted as a Japanese restaurant, but really, it's essentially a Chinese restaurant, run by Chinese owners, with Chinese flavors on all their dishes (they offer Thai dishes as well!).I liked their flavors, though. It tasted authentic to me anyway! Portions are generous as well. Service is good and fast. What kept me from rating this as very good was the fact that although the flavors were good, they were basically repeated in other dishes. So when you've tasted the sweet and sour pork/chicken/fish, you can expect to find the same flavor in the lemon chicken, for example. In that sense, there is not much variety, despite the 10+ pages that you'll find on the menu.It's still a good option, though, if you love Asian food. Just don't go there everyday or you'll grow tired of the food very quickly! Try the Gangnam Korean Resto a few doors away as well. Very nice!

The restaurant is touted as being Japanese and has Japanese dishes, but the food has a distinctly Chinese feel about it. Nothing wrong with that, and the food was good and in large quantity but - for example - teriyaki on the set menu felt more like chinese cooking and it came with egg fried rice.

Good portions and great Szechuan food. Attentive staff and dishes are whipped up very quick. Had dinner and/or take out 9 out of the 10 nights in Montreux.

Came here for a super speedy lunch. Sushi was freshly made, service was relaxed although swift and got us a quick lunch. Just a good sushi place, mixed plate was big enough for almost two. Price was very ok

I recommend If you like to have a cheap quality Japanese cuisine. I can only say if Fuji is in Japan they will not have any customers.

The food is okay but it was extremely uncomfortable to have 4 waiters watching every move you make while eating because the restaurant was empty when we arrived. The waitress had no idea about wine and when we ordered a white wine she got the ice bucket without ice in the table and after 15 min of waiting we asked her for the ice? She got another ice bucket with ice and left the other empty one in the table lol
