Q in Salzburg quite by accident I stumbled across The Tokyo Bay restaurant. As with all Japanese Restaurants the place was spotless and most inviting. The staff were very friendly to me being British and not speaking any German. However the food was fantastic and could well be the best Japanese food outside of Japan itself. The owners were willing to share their experience, and the inter action between all the staff was really heart warming. There were at least 6 different nationalities employed and they all got on well together. A real delight and a tribute to the owners. Also great value for money!!!!Bill Regan
Being coeliac in a foreign country is hard. Normally I go into places and the only gluten free option is the salad which gets boring. I walk into this place and hesitantly ask what is GF. To my surprise all Currys except maybe 2 were gluten free. I had lots of choice and it was delicious, just like a real homecooked meal, would definitely recommend and will definitely be hunting these restaurants out in other countries!
One of the best restaurants in Salzburg. I've been here many times and everything I've try is amazing. The risotto Nero is a must. The pizza and pasta are really good, but the star plate is the tomato soup. I come here every time I'm around.
