VAPIANO

Sunday, 1500, late lunch. A lot of places were closed, apart from the tourist rip off places in the main square. We walked past Vapiano, saw the menu, and decided to give it a try.Wow. Nice decor, and great smells coming from the open kitchens.They have a very slick ordering and payment system, already fully described in other reviews. My partner had a freshly cooked risotto, which he said was totally delicious.I had an anti pasti plate that I watched them prepare, so fresh and utterly wonderful taste. It was very large, too, if I had known it was so big, I would not have ordered a calzone as well. This also was made fresh for me, tasted great, although it did take a while to get made. I was extremely full by the time I finished.The value was excellent. The quality and freshness was first class.

Met friends here for an evening of drinks and food. Nice relaxed atmosphere and once again enjoyed the concept of having the food prepared fresh in front of you. Quite a big restaurant and an area by the bar if you just want to sit and have a drink.

I was there a lot of times and it was every time the same: the place is great; the food isn't. Every pasta dish I tried was tasteless. The pizza tasted well!

Ordering the food we had no problems,and the served quality was good. The beverage service slow and below expected. Very poor waited too long. No wine glasses available..upss. I have got very disappointed about the vapiano services sad .hope to get learn out of a busy night. It would be nice to check the capability...blueprint of service it's called. Went to Linz with my family and eaten here twice that weekend. The ambient is really nice and relaxed, the food was good. The only downside. There were some ingredients missing in one of ours dishes. When asking why, the said that they run out of it. Strange, for a place like this...But, overall, we really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere.

Fantastic lunch meal for medium range price which satisfated my apetit. It was realy amazing to be at restaurant where meals are cooked and served infront of you. Open kitchen deserve 5 star, but price of drinks and small portion of meat at salads doesnt deserve it.

It is nice expirience with modern selfcattering, variety of choice and nice interior also for evening snack with drink. The reason I gave 4 is that I ordered salad from the menu that had coriander and they gave me salad without coriander. After asking for coriander, they gave me parsley and told me that it is coriander. When I told them that what they gave me is not coriander the lady told me that she does not know coriander and that they are out if it. Well - this is something they should tell you at the time of orderd. Yes..I am coriander fan and this spice makes the difference in taste.
