I went there today, with two friends and I have to say that thats not the first time I have a bad experience there. We were waiting on line and he took the order from the two guys waiting on line behind us, even though I told him that we were before on line, he ignored us completely and the I told him a second time, he looked at me and ignored me again. We left because I am myself latina and that's not the kind of service you are used to, not even in Viena where people can sometimes be a bit unfriendly. The food is okay, but the service is not worthy and according to other reviews I am not the only one who had a bad experience ;).
