The pizza is delicious but all the hassle we (and other guests) went through was not worth it. We visited as a couple: here's what we experienced tonight:-Only two waiters who are very young and totally incompetent, they broke wine glasses on the table as they walk by and they kept swearing in Italian. -We reserved but our name was not listed-We waited at least 20 min sitting at the table to even be able to talk to the waiter. We asked for water but waiter answered "Wait!"-We asked for espresso three times but never came-We had to wait another 20min until we got the billThis was not just our case. Other people in the restaurant were all very frustrated with the service and the incompetent waiters. Good pizza is not everything. There is zero attentiveness or any caring about the customers.

You can enjoy a really good Italian pizza (the fluffy one you can find in Naples) on this village on the Zurich lake. The personnel is kind and speaks mostly Italian. We also got a free limoncello!

The secret of the pizza is in the dough. And this dough does make the difference: fluffy, tasty, with thick border, maybe smaller in size than you see elsewhere, but richer in soul, and as definitely fulfilling your stomach.The friendly owner pass by the tables to ensure all is fine. And all is: complimentary welcoming starter and goodbye limoncello are perfectly in line with the Italian traditional hospitality style.For improvement: we were one person less than we booked for, so they squeezed us in a corner with little space to move; the waitress, although friendly and smiling, was absent-minded (maybe stressed) and repeatedly forgot to bring what we were asking for.

Napule service was very fast and efficient, Bravo!!! But I considere that this kind of pizza is perfect for thick border pizza lovers, taste was nice though, besides pizza they have also good salad offers and beverages as well, that's it! Do not expect a wine selection they only have their houses' wine that is also good. They don't offer another kind of Napolitano dishes there is just pizza!!!

As a lover of thin crust pizza I struggled with the Naples version that is thick/airy crust and thin in the middle - but as I have been told this is the Naples way, so im working on that ;0)I have never eaten in the restaurant, so this is based on the fact that we only buy the pizzas as take-out. And I have solved the problem with the thick and seemingly undercooked crust by giving them a quick grill shock in the oven at 250C before serving - and this works perfect for me. Taste and ingredients are very nice, fresh and of good quality. Best pizza so far on this side of the lake.

Though the selection is limited, the Pizzas are very good. They also take a photo of each table to pin it to their wall. When we asked the same person to take one for us using our camera , he just ignored and walked off. Knowing Italian could be a plus point for such 'special' requests.Book in advance and it's alloted on an hourly basis as it's a place to eat but not spend the evening.
