Good Restraunt to feel and taste indian food......................we all students weren't able to find indian food in Switzerland but we found it better out here. It was more good than we thought off..

Well this may be for one of those rare moments that I decided to give this place such a low rating. I normally take things lightly even if the service is bad assuming that there can always be a bad day brewing for anyone of us. Before I give the reason for a poor rating, Let's talk about the food. The food was very average, compared to the price charged and spicy (even for Indian standards). Service time was OK.Now the reason behind the rating and it is related to how you treat your customers. After so many years of traveling nationally and internationally, you can easily judge a person by the way he behaves no matter how good a master of disguise you may be. The so called owner of the place was rude. The moment he found that we were ordering only a handful of items (we weren't so hungry that day), his attitude and behavior changed. It was like he may have thought exactly this - They are not going to spend anything so let me not waste time here.In the hotel industry, this is like harakiri. If you differentiate your customers on how much they would eventually spend, then God bless your fate.

Excellente cuisine indienne.Service souriant et rapide.Plats savoureux et quantité raisonnable.Prix correct.On reviendra.

I went to this restaurant in Zurich along with my family, after seeing good reviews of the food being served here. But all that turned out to be of no use after experiencing the shockingly rude staff behavior. We were rudely told to stop children and toddlers from making any noise as it was affecting the ambience of the restaurant. This when there were incessant loud noises of cutlery being dumped by seemingly untrained staff. On pointing this out, the senior person in the restaurant was unapologetic and made every effort to make us feel unwanted. We decided to leave the place without having any food but a very sour taste. Will not advice anyone to visit this restaurant !

It was worst experience ever had, being indian we thought we should visit Indian restaurant to enjoy some Indian food, however people attending customer specially the senior person at restaurant was so rude that he had audacity to tell there customer that their 4 yr. and 3 yr. old children should stop talking since it's disturbing..... and worst of it he was not even apologetic.... Will not advice and one to visit this restaurants specially if you are going in search of environment which will comfort your family.....Will advice this guy's no matter were you are if you are in food industry you should show gratitude and not attitude.. I will rate them a big big 0 as far as rating is concernGod bless..
