I was 2 or three times at the store and it was ok. But never ever order food to your home. Burger are soggy, bread is soaked up from the juice and all lumpy. No defined taste! And the worst were the fries, to be honest the worst fries I've ever ate and for 6.80 the portion not too cheap also...cant explain how a self proclaimed burger place with style dares to deliver that garbage, unbelievable cold, wrinkled, dry, no flavour, brownish in color, disgusting! I still ate half of it though X)...pls guys don't do this to your self!

Great burger, tender and juicy meat, perfectly cooked, very tasty. Quick and very friendly service. I ll be stopping by again for sure.
Good service. Tasty gluten free burger with morish fries. The beef pattie was well cooked and food was served quickly.
Had a delivery done to the office from The Butcher.Burgers were OK, but not fantastic. If the bar is set at McDonalds, then they were good. If the bar is set at most casual dining burger places, then they were just OK.Fries and particularly the halloumi fries were good.Overall OK, but....
We went to try their burgers and they were good, but the service was terrible. Just two waiters outside and they were not paying attention. After 15 minutes waiting, we had to ask them for a menu, since they were ignoring us. It took them probably another 15 minutes to come back to get our order. They started serving other people who had arrived way after us, so we had to wait quite a lot until we got our food. Quite exasperating when you just want to stop for a burger...
I absolutely loved their cheeseburger. I find for Zurich the prices are also very acceptable (Burger, Fries and a Beer for approx CHF 27). I will definitely go back.
Definitly one of the best Burgerplaces in Zurich, Niederdörfli. I've been there a lot and never been disappointed!
We had heard a lot about The Butcher so as we were in the locality we decided to try it. The terrace looked inviting and was packed so we tried to reserve a table for later. However, apparently you need to book at least 24 hours in advance so we decided to try sitting inside. where we had the whole room to ourselves. Our waitress was friendly enough and took our order. Our drinks arrived promptly but the same cannot be said for the food. We did chase at one point to be told that there had been a recent change of menu which meant that the chefs were getting behind. The food when it eventually arrived was delicious enough but I am not sure it was worth the long wait.
