La Follia - Das Restaurant

very cozy ambiente in the middle of the old town of st. gallen. eating was excellent at a good price/performance ratio. I'll be back.

stadtfest - 4 people - wanted a drink - 4 tables free. asking if we can sit down to drink something came the answer literally: yes, but rather eat. if you drink something for a moment and then it's going to be okay. we have gone and never come again. were finally drinking wine at another restaurant and had later eaten plenty.

eating in la follia is not disappointed. the lunch offer has a very fair value for money (for each main dish there is a free coffee or an appetizer salad). the service is unfortunately alternating. has you luck, the service is friendly and flink, you have bad luck, you can describe the service quality as hard-working to rude.

actually a nice ambiente at good location. the service was unfriendly and bad. for six people, it may not happen that two principals are delivered wrongly and not even an apology is to be heard. there are better Italians in the city.

It's a nice place near the cathedral. The service was fast and friendly. the meal and the wine of the month was good, the generous portions. the only flat was the very small amount of asparagus in the risotto with asparagus. Was the small tips of green vegetables asparagus? The absence of the typical diuretic effect of asparagus was found. Tribute, because the gnocchis with rheumatoia were perfect.

pity, eating was very good but this is not the kind of guests to treat. can therefore not recommend it further.

I often go to the la follia, because the service is very nice and competent, the price-performance ratio is correct. you are also welcome as a woman and the publikum is very mixed. I can recommend it at any time. very recommended for small family-proof as birthday etc. because then the whole upper floor is reserved for them and they are totally under themselves. the riesengambas are a dense!
