the reception was non-existent, entering the kitchen, or a couple were eating. without even saying hello. An old-fashioned insider and nothing special. a pretty but simple terrace to the point of being poorly maintained: antique furniture, no flowers, pretty platane with leaves on the ground. for 2 coffees and 2 slices of pies 21.50 chf one could have eaten 1 or 2 meals. The price and hospitality policy must be revised.

the terrace is not treated and the tables and chairs deserve a rejuvenation. Old place and "without soul" damage. A gentleman who is not smiling or nice is present at the table. Capuccinos are 2 coffees a little elongated, very dark with a little bit of foam. No, no, no, no. 2 slices of fine pies from 1 cm. to 6.50 ch each is exagerated! We're not going back!

typical country hostel with a beautiful terrace shaded by a beautiful plane tree. The kitchen is classic, but each one will find his own account even vegetarians. to test before or after a nice walk in the vineyards!

This was a real surprise. Up,in the foothills in the Geneva Vineyards are some very tiny towns and restaurants. We went to Auberge de Choully. It was a little hard to find but worth it. You can eat on the terrace under a big tree in the summer which is what we did. The atmosphere is casual but the food is exquisite. We had three people and even though we do,not speak French we were able to figure things out. My husband had Duck: Market de canard de France with Poivre sauce. I had Ravioles de Royals a la creamd'herbettes and our friend had Filets de Perches du Leman and dessert I had Cafe Glace and my friend had Cream brûlée . all served beautifully and it was delicious. I would go,again if you do you have to have a car however.

We were planning to have a business dinner with 20 persons in or close to Geneva. We called several restaurants to evaluate the possibilities for such a group. Auberge Choully was the only place to offer three starters, three main courses and three deserts to choose from. The communication with the restaurant before our dinner happened via e-mail and things worked out well.The evening itself was great. We impressed our guests with great foods, great timing and great service. For the wines, I would have appreciated a few more rest-of-the-word option rather than mainly wines from the greater Geneva area. Don’t expect a fancy restaurant. The Auberge Choully to me is a rustic place, with a great cook and a dedicated team providing a wonderful dining experience.I will be back.If you like travel or fine dining, please take a look at my other reviews. I ate on Saturday night, April 1, 2017, for the first time at the cabbage hostel, while I live a few steps away. I've had a lot of fun and I'm sorry I didn't go there before. I took a galantine from the sea in the entrance with a lobster coral sauce and calf liver poached in a balsamic juice and main dish spices, it was divine. The food is of a finesse and subtlety, that I rarely had as much pleasure to eat and make this establishment discover to two of our friends.Redo! !
