when I count correctly, this was my sixth visit to this place within the last two years. for me this restaurant is one of the hidden treasures of the lukewarm gastronomy. located under the cathedrale and easily accessible from the place de la riponne (Metro/Parking), the restaurant looks very traditional from the outside, but gives an idea of the eating experience when entering the beautifully designed newer part of the restaurant. the menu offers seasonal specialties and seasonal classics as well as a daily changing lunch menu. this time I started with ravioli with black truffles, followed by a perfectly fried Lup-de-mer with caviar and black rice. desserts were all very tempting, but I was already quite full, so I decided for delicious crafts and sorbet. the whole experience was accompanied by an “Il Borro” from the toskana. Dishes can be expensive, the Loup-de-mer was chf, which can easily be explained by the generous amount of caviar. my wife had chosen the ravioli with white truffles from the lunch menu that came with the choice of suppe of the day or a mixed salad. we had a friend with us, who chose the very delicate black bone from the lunch menu. both midday suggestions were also absolutely delicious and are a very good option if you want to watch their budget. the service was very attentive, fast and friendly (and if it is important to them: it spoke fluently German.) overall, another experience that lets me think of my next visit in this restaurant.

we have eaten here on a busy Friday night. we received a call days before our visit to tell us that our previously booked booking had to be changed or because we told us that they were just sitting. we have agreed to come, but there was no indication of what the restaurant has operated on such a fixed time system. with this we enjoyed our food from the beginning to the end. as if we had cote de boeuf and expensive, it was beautifully presented and was delicious. the personal was nice. I wish the guy who comes to check everything would pull his mask out of his kinen!
we had a booking for people. in the grunde, while I visit lausanne, I try to get this charming place to eat. the chick was very good.
charming restaurant where we enjoyed a delicious dinner on the terrace. the greeting is very warm and we spent a great moment three. all the dishes we ordered were perfectly cooked and super delicious. we would definitely recommend this restaurant if they were looking for a place. a mastered traditional kitchen, including fish and meat to eat. we saw a hauch of italy in the menu with some dressed from fresh pasta; finally the price was matched with the food quality we have.
I usually don’t order beef in Switzerland since it’s outrageously expensive, but there was so much meat on the menu I had to give it a shot I was NOT disappointed super high quality beef, and an amazing sauce as well The wait...staff was super nice and friendly that’s not typical Swiss service! I’ll def come back here
So the entire family went to this charming restaurant to celebrate a graduation. The service was incredible. The charming lights and table dressing was perfect. The waiters were very good and everything was brought at the perfect time. I have so picky eaters with different...diets and they provided more vegetables in exchange for no fries and explained how the food was made. It was really one of the best quality service I had. Not to mention the food. I have the Cote de boeuf to share with my father and it was to die for. The cocking, sauce, vegetables and potatoes were perfect. We eat and drank some fantastic wine. It really was a nice family evening in a high end quality restaurant. They then gave use each a free drink at the bar Giraf above which was appreciated. We ended up getting that drink and enjoying another atmosphere of music and bar.
Warm Welcoming! Very professional service Perfect food, presentation, cooking, test . Good value for money! We have been several times and always have very pleasant experience, until... we met the owner He came for cash out, we tried to have some verbal exchanges, without respond....And finally no goodbye. A little bit sad and cold. Hopefully the staff is so professional and food very gustatives that we will come back again!
We just happened to see their sign when we were walking near the Cathedral and we stopped to make a reservation for later that night. We loved it! The food was good Swiss with some French dishes. The staff was very nice and it...had a nice atmosphere. They had a nice wine list too. Recommended.
