Das Abendessen im ASP in BRP war eines der unvergesslichsten Abendessen überhaupt. Alles war perfekt, interessant, überraschend und großartig, das Ambiente, das Geschirr, der Service und die fantastischen Gerichte. Die meisten Gerichte hatten überraschende und erstaunliche Aromen. Besonders gut gefielen uns Winter-Berlingot mit Trüffeln, Weichkäsegericht aus Gstaad und weiße Mille Feullie. Das Rindfleisch war auch super. Wenige Tage nach diesem Abendessen aßen wir im Hotel de Ville in Crissier und unser Abendessen im ASP gefiel uns viel besser, unvergesslicher und überraschender.

Eines meiner besten Gerichte in der Schweiz! Das Degustationsmenü hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Der Service hat es auch getan!! Vielen Dank, Maitre D Diane, dass Sie den perfekten Tisch für mich (allein essen) ausgewählt haben. Das ist für mich so wichtig!! Besonderer Dank geht an Chefsommelier Dorianne, die mir einige fantastische Weine vorgestellt hat!!! Ich freue mich darauf, wiederzukommen und einen Rundgang durch ihren Weinkeller zu machen! Vielen Dank auch an Christian, Jules und das gesamte Team für Ihren erstklassigen Service mit Exzellenz! Und natürlich mein größtes Kompliment an die Köchin und ihr Expertenteam!!!! Unvergesslich!!!

We had loved our last family diner at PIC in Valence in Our experience today at PIC in Lausanne was quite disappointing however… Three main issues to be factual: Our tasting menu was ok… but clearly not outstanding. We ordered the extra white...truffle to one dish upon the restaurant recommandation… but it had hardly any taste (how can this be We asked a Vegan menu for our son. The restaurant did it but at the same price as their Tasting menu CHF). How can veggie be as expensive as rouget fish and chevreuil… Finally, there seems to be a communication issue within their team. We mentioned during booking that it was our son birthday… but nothing happened! I also mentioned that I was allergic to seafood and they brought me Tourteau crab… where is that client service extra touch expected in a restaurant?

HORRIBLE !!! I totally fail to understand the ratings on this restaurant. I came there with friends and with big expectations. Just to find one of the worst ever restaurant experiences of my entire life and on all levels; We couldn’t eat any of...the starters , main meals nor desserts. It was undefinable what was in the plate and so it tasted as well. The servers were mostly students without experience The prices are totally crazy, especially considering above points A total shame for this beautiful hotel which has one of our all time favourite restaurants, the ‘Café de Beau-Rivage’

We had dinner at several Michelin or star restaurants this year and I could not tell if one was better than the other, but Anne-Sophie Pic is certainly my favourite! We enjoyed all courses and they were beautifully presented and tasted marvellously. Jacques...Pic's sea bass was just a dream. Service was impeccable.

Amazing! Unique! Delightful! A special moment to try the new menu of ASP! Glorious from the Betlingots to the blue lobster, perfectly cooked turbo and beef! With at the helm of the wine list a super sommelier Mr Gasser! Pleasure, pleasure and pleasure! What a...night! Of course its not cheap but how could it be for such excellence! The best table in Lausanne and most probably on that side of the lake with Michel Roth in Geneva! Talent, taste, gusto, savoir faire, onctuosity, yummy from A to Z perfect! We shall go back> a night to remember!

after visiting hundreds of the greatest restaurants around the globe we have to judge asp/brp as one of the best. service was simply perfect in any aspect. very friendly also with our two girls who enjoyed their kidsmenu with us. the restaurant interior is marvellous...and we had a perfect table. not to forget the excellent menu.
