"Robert's Alt Sievering"

We had dinner at this restaurant in Dobling (Sieveringer Strasse) in May. We were seated undercover at the back of the restaurant, which ended up to be the right decision, given all the smoking diners in the courtyard (where we had originally requested seating). The meal consisted of typical Austrian food, generous portions and definitely value for money. It was washed down with a nice young red from Grinzig. We would definitely return. This restaurant is in walking distance of Derag Livinghotel.

We stumbled upon this place in Dobing last weekend - it was not on our radar and tour buses will not be stopping here. But the locals do in large numbers and that and the menu variety is more than enough to visit if you are in the area. The food was excellent and the veal dish was unusual for Vienna as it was battered and fried - just pan cooked. My wife's dessert was the highlight of her birthday dinner - even if it wasn't a cake.

Traditional restaurant in Vienna in a beautiful part of town Doebling. Stuff polite, good open wine traditional food. Good atmosfere close to our hotel but dar away from a city centre.

This restaurant was in walking distance from our hotel. This restaurant offers a wide range of real authentic Austrian foods! The schnitzels were lovely! Very big portions with great flavors! The end bill with two beverages, entree, and dessert was around €30! Cheap Cheap! Wait staff was slow.Extremely small non-smoking area.

Wood panelling, inner terrace, menu offering various Austrian dishes in generous portions. Large windows let in good light & scenic garden views.
