The place looked good and interesting, but when we ordered a light lunch we were in for quite a wait. After a while our waiter noticed we were not served yet and went after our food. That arrived promptly but looked as if it was thrown on the plates in a hurry (which it probably was). Not only did it look like an improvised bite, it was not much of a restaurant dish. No need to go there.

The pizza is tasty, but wouldn't meet expectations of some as it literally floats in tomato sauce and melted cheese. The service is fast but stops paying attention to a tablet as soon as an order had been made. Would come again though for the nice outdoor setting and quality food.
Beautiful tiles, polite and efficient staff, items on the menu more than your typical-Italo-staples and an outside terrace make this a great option for antipasti, pizza and pasta.
Yesterday I had dinner in the terrace of the restaurant with my boyfriend.The decoration is very nice, specially de lamps and the roof.We ordered beef tartar, 2 pizzas and one beer. (41€ in total)Everything very good and very tasty.Good staff, nice and friendly.Is 2 mins walking from karlsplatz.In my opinion, good price and good food, so you have to go :)
Yesterday my wife and I by coincidence dropped by the Pizzeria. We were welcomed by a friendly host who spoke perfect English and guided us through their menu. This does not happen everywhere in Vienna...We ordered pizza with special variations from the menu and were served as ordered. Great pizza! Friendly service! And a very tasty espresso.
The pizza is excellent, with a really nice tomato sauce, done in a large pizza oven. The restaurant is large with lots of light. Riva is well worth a visit for some of the best pizza in Vienna. If you are in a rush for lunch, the place is perfect because the pizza's are prepared very quickly.
In this restaurant I went with friends who live in Vienna and who told me that there is a very good pizza. I can confirm their recommendation. The offer pizzas is good but my opinion is that they are small. The restaurant is simply decorated and the staff is correct
Sat outside, had friendly servers bring us grilled vegetables salad and margarita pizza. Wine & Cappuccino were also delicious and the desserts LOOKED great, but they were out of the tiramisu! ???? Recommend it.
