VAPIANO

I haven't been to many vapiano outlets but I would say the food here is great. The dining area is reasonably huge and the menu offers a decent variety - dined here 3 times during my stay in Vienna.

Herkese ev yapımı seçtiği makarna 3 dakika içinde pişiriliyor. Sos herkes için farklı tavalarda, taze pişiriliyor. Pesto basiliko ve carbonara harikaydı. Tiramisu da lezzetliydi. Kendi yapımları, az şekerli soğuk çaylarını denemenizi öneririm.

We opted to eat dinner here as it was very close to our hotel (Novotel) and we knew the concept from other Vapiano restaurants. The pasta is made in front of you. You get a card like an account and your food and drink costs get loaded onto the card, which can be one per person for groups. Easy way of splitting the bill.The pasta was excellent as was the pizza. Bar service was a little slow as there was only 1 barteder and other people ordering cocktails extended the wait time for all others wanting basic beer and wine. There is an indoor dining and separate outdoor dining. Sit inside if you're a non smoker.Overall a very good meal experience.

Great clean restaurant and good quality pasta. Vegan friendly also, so very happy. Spoke English, so didn't feel uncomfortable.

Came here looking for a late lunch on a Sunday as we were close to the area. It looked quite busy, but we managed to find a table outside, but then to order food you need to go inside and wait for each item to be prepared at different counters. That meant after choosing what we wanted from the menus (available in English), that one of us was left sitting outside while the other negotiated the card based ordering system inside - the set up is a bit like a canteen in many respects, but a lot slower! So first the bar - fairly easy, drinks ordered and were able to take outside before heading to the next queue to order a salad to share from the salad counter - took 15 minutes for a simple mixed salad. Then onto the pasta counter to order two pasta dishes - just as well we hadn't wanted something from different counters! Another 30+ minutes later and the main course was ready. I can't understand the other reviews that say 'quick' - as it is most definitely not fast food. Would have probably taken less time and effort if we had cooked it ourselves. Just over an hour after we arrived before we had all our food and drinks and could sit down together to enjoy them. At least we were able to pay in one go at the end - normally you'd need to pay each time you take something to the outside seating area - queuing each time so that would have been a nightmare. As I started writing this review to while away the time waiting at the table (securing our place and watching our belongings) I was marking this as a 3 star experience - by the time it eventually was ready I was down to 2 stars - but the food was definitely worth the wait - all fresh ingredients and delicious, and great value compared to most of Vienna's dining options. As we weren't in a hurry this time it kinda worked. I'd come back, but next time forget trying to secure a table and divide the ordering to try and speed things up. The food takes only a few minutes to cook - it's all the queuing beforehand that takes so long, but worth the wait if you have the time to spare.

Jestli něco v Česku chybí, je to Vapiano. Skvělé jídlo hotové za pár minut a jeho přípravu můžete celou dobu sledovat. Dobrý výběr pití, příjemná obsluha, jídlo zaplatíte až u východu a ješte si na cestu můžete dát gumové medvídky. A toffee nut cheesecake? Nebe v puse.
