La Coupole

I was invited to this restaurant by one of my clients who was a regular. The restaurant has a traditional, almost business-like atmosphere, with ample space between the tables and a proper silver service. The menu is uncomplicated, but each course, clearly is a specialism of the house, and as a result superb. In addition, surprisingly for Geneva, all of the team speak excellent English and are used to an international clientele. The service was swift and recognised the relative importance of speed for each individual customer, whilst others were clearly dining at a more relaxed pace. The gazpacho, mixed vegetables, beef with frites were all excellent. I most certainly would return and will add this to one of my favourite business restaurants.

La Brasserie "à l'ancienne" mais tellement au gout du jour.Belle carte de vins, excellents filets de perche et sublime entrecôte.

This is one of several good cafes in Geneva. There are a few good cafes in Geneva and every good place is important so you cannot have the same choice as in other big cities of the world. I recommend to try the legend of La Coupole - main course "Filet de perche frais du lac Léman au beurre citronnée". This dish contains unique souse and fresh fish from lake. Amazing taste! Good service. But you should persevere in finding the cafe, as the name of cafe is missing.

Peu de surprises culinaires mais des valeurs sûres ! Un peu cher quand même pour une assiette de filets de perche, très bons au demeurant. Service très agréable, peu d'attente entre les plats..... je pense que c'est un restaurant à fréquenter plutôt le soir qu'à midi car il est sombre de jour. C'est un restaurant tout en longueur et il y a peu de lumière en provenance de la rue..... je me suis sentie un peu enfermée ! Si j'étais le propriétaire je le rénoverais en y mettant des couleurs claires

... è la formula proposta da questo elegante ristorante con bar à cocktail e patio centrale.La carta prevede un prezzo fisso per il menu di base (entrata e piatto forte), al quale possono essere aggiunti dei complementi e il dolce, con un supplemento.Si trovano filetti di pesce persico, tagliata, entrecôte, milanese e specialità gastronomiche francesi (foie gras, magret de canard fumé, ecc.). Io consiglio la tartare tagliata al coltello, squisita e abbondante.Con un bicchiere di vino e il caffé calcolare 65-75 franchi svizzeri a testa.Non è a buon mercato ma il livello è alto e siamo a Ginevra.Consigliato caldamente!

Πολύ καλό εστιατόριο. Τα πιάτα που δοκιμάσαμε ήταν φιλέτα πέρκας ( η σπεσιαλιτέ του μαγαζιού) και η ταλιάτα. Και τα 2 εξαιρετικά όπως και το σέρβις. ¨Όμορφο μέρος λίγο θορυβώδες και αρκετά ακριβό.

Nous allons régulièrement dans ce restaurant que nous aimons beaucoup. Tout est très bon. Le service est très professionnel et très sympathique. Nous avons mangé des filets de perche du lac Léman et non d'Estonie avec sauce au citron. C'était très bon. Avec des frittes bien sûr. Puis nous avons pris un fondant au chocolat à tomber parterre. Nous vous conseillons vivement ce restaurant. Ils ont bat très bien avec des barmans très sympathique.
