Im Rahmen einer Reise zu Chopard durften ich und ein Kollege Le Decanteur zum Abendessen besuchen. Zugegeben, als ich mir die Fotos des Restaurants ansah, wusste ich, dass es klein sein würde, aber es ist wirklich winzig! Es gibt wahrscheinlich etwa 25 Sitzplätze, wenn es Ihnen nichts ausmacht, freundlich zu den Einheimischen zu sein (wenn Sie das tun, haben Sie eigentlich keine andere Wahl). Es ist auch schön zu sehen, wie das Essen hinter der Theke zubereitet wird. Was das Essen selbst betrifft, ist es von guter Qualität für eine Mahlzeit, aber man hat das Gefühl, dass dieser Ort besser als Weinbar serviert wird, in der das Essen eher ein Nebengedanke sein sollte, wie zum Beispiel Antipasti, als ein komplettes Abendessen. Alles, was ich gegessen habe, war jedoch gut, auch wenn es innen absolut mikroskopisch klein und daher sehr laut war, aber man kann nicht sagen, dass es keine Atmosphäre gibt. Dieser Ort ist möglicherweise nicht besonders für Geschäftsessen geeignet, es sei denn, Sie sind sehr ungezwungen und eng mit den Menschen verbunden sein, die Sie mitnehmen, sonst wird es ihnen nichts ausmachen, wenn es ein wenig eigenartig ist. Trotzdem macht es Spaß.

Tolles italienisches Lokal in Eaux Vives, ungezwungene/trendige Atmosphäre. Nur Spitzentische mit Barhockern, einige Tische draußen für wärmere Tage. Große Auswahl an italienischen Spezialitäten, nur mit erstklassigen Zutaten zubereitet. Die Pasta ist hausgemacht und super frisch (das Pesto ist so gut!!). Freundliches Personal, Speisekarte mit angemessenen Preisen. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass man nicht im Voraus reservieren kann, also entweder früh ankommt, sonst geht man das Risiko ein, keinen Platz zu bekommen!

Ci sono stato parecchie volte, il posto è carinissimo, piccolo wine bar, ricercato negli interni ma abbastanza easy, richiama tutta la Ginevra "giovane e benestante" per una cenetta veloce o un aperitivo. Il punto è che il rapporto qualità-prezzo non esiste. 20 CHF per una tagliata di formaggi, tra i quali annoveriamo, la scorza di un gorgonzola (non mangiabile), il crumble del parmigiano, ed delle sottilissime fette di pecorino. Buono il lardo, anche questo a microfetta, ma almeno valevole il suo prezzo, (circa 4-5 CHF). Insomma, per me il wine bar è un'altra cosa, ma capisco anche che a Ginevra i prezzi sono sempre alti, ed appena cerchi di fare una cosa un po' piu' raffinata diventano ancora piu' alti...sul servizio onestamente non ho niente da ridire, si il tipo ha un po' la puzza sotto il naso, e fa anche un po' il piacione, ma i tavoli li cura in maniera decente...
Chaque année je m'arrête environ 8 fois dans ce bar restaurant tapas, tendance italienne, avec un cuisine minute réaliser par une seule personne.Bon vin (choix agréable), service sympa, bonne ambiance.Bémol peu de place, mais le tiramisu vous fera oublier ce petit désagrément.A essayer impérativement
I would say frustrated because everytime I came to this place, I had a wonderful food and wine experience but sadly, the staff (and yes I know it's the owner as well) was not friendly at all...Everytime I wanted to drink a nice glass of wine in the eaux-vives I would come here (more than 10 times in the last year!).But I have to admit that the last time was the LAST time I would come here...There are plenty of nice wine bar in Geneva, with charming staff and cosy atmosphere. The Décanteur is definitely not one of them...It's a shame when the staff is turning off the lights and putting all the chairs on the tables and handing you the bill when it's only 22:30 on a Saturday...!I can understand that it's really full on to work on a bar all week long, going back home after midnight and that sometimes you just want to rest and go back early! It happens to me when I'm at work! But I don't do it, because I can't!It's really ambarrassing to feel like you're not welcome in a bar that looks so nice and that serves such beautiful wines and dishes...Everytime I talk about this bar with my friends, (and some of them are there almost every week) I can hear the same feed back!So sorry guys but I won't recommend your bar if someone's searching for a nice experience :(
To me, this restaurant is the best cozy Italian place in Geneva! The pasta are always super tasty, the "plat du jour" always amazing and the wine selection is great.The waiter and owner is Italian and love to advise you on his food/products/wine. Been there many times with friends or for business lunches and always had a great time! Would 100% recommend it.
Quando passei em frente ao Le Decanteur me interessei por achar o lugar muito fofo! Pequeno e acolhedor, oferece um cardápio recheado de massas tipicamente italiana! A cozinha é totalmente exposta e você pode acompanhar o seu pedido sendo feito (caso consiga uma mesa próxima). Tudo fresquinho, os frios sao fatiados na hora. Quando fui ao restaurante fui bem atendida, e os garçons muito atenciosos. Quero voltar!
