es war toll. keine alten Leute starren herab; fröhliche junge Leute brechen hier ein. Alle regionalen Entscheidungen waren großartig. Auch die familiäre Atmosphäre ist schön.

If you are looking for a real, authentic experience in German cuisine, you must try it in Frankfurt! Get the Nurnberger sausages when you go. The restaurant is picturesque, with a peculiar decor, but it has added the effect. They had both indoor and outdoor seats so we could enjoy the weather. It is a great family atmosphere, and was from the screaming tourist path. The service was great, our waiter spoke both English and German and was friendly. He offered us an English menu and joked with us and made a fun experience. The food was stellar. There is something that ends over a simple plate, but what made it especially was how well every item was made. The sausage crumbled, the potatoes were the best I had, and the sauerkraut was just what you expected from Sauerkraut! Do not doubt the portion sizes, one of the power supplies will be enough to fill the standard food. Apple wine is a clamp, but not really for me. For the unknown, it is essentially German cedar, popular in Frankfurt. They were delicious and delicious. Many beer options also, thank you!

After a decent research we decided to come abroad for our Thanksgiving. It has received very good reviews and if you read many of them, it is very true that the food is good, and it is also true that the service is not very fast (although friendly enough). We used our trusted Google translation app to determine the menu items that were unfamiliar to us, and the order was simply enough. (Luckily, a lot of what we ordered, we knew, but we also have on the menu only in case it was a little louder than average. I'm glad we didn't get on an empty stomach, as it took 35 to 40 minutes before our food arrived. I got the beef sausage and the bf got the Nuremburg sausage, which with sour wort and potatoes, of which it is NOT choking. Half the plate was scratch, half potatoes. We couldn't finish this even though we tried! Since it was technically Thanksgiving and I already had a lot of roasted potatoes, I was glad to see that the potatoes were pure (aka mashed, what it felt a little more fitting. What overwhelmed me is how cheap beer is. Most beer items are the same price or even cheaper than soda. ( Probably b/c the soda is imported, but still! Instead of being a cheap date with a soft drink, I was an average date. LOL. In any case, of what we could say, there were not many tourists. It is on the south side, over the river from the main part of Frankfurt, but it is easy to reach either on foot or by local means of transport.

It was great. No old people stare at you; cheerful younger people are in here. All regional decisions were great. The family atmosphere is also beautiful. No screaming tourists. I came here with locals. Do not expect much English or Kitsch, but real, old-fashioned food and drink.

Must eat in Frankfurt if you want to taste local dishes. Service very helpful to explain the dishes If you are trying the 7 herbs green sauce and some apple wine (pure)

I was happy that I went here while on a trip to Frankfurt because it is very German in an authentic way. The menu is mostly sausages with sauerkraut and potatoes and that is what I ordered. The first bites were really good but I must admit that I got a bit tired of eating it half way through the meal (they are big portions). So I would say the food is good but not great. But what I really liked was the atmosphere. It was very casual with some older people some younger people and some families. I don't speak much German and the waiters didn't speak much English but they were happy to muddle through. At the end of the day, I enjoyed the meal because it felt like something that I would not experience many other places.
