We went a group of hikers, sat outside on the terrace- excellent 3 course menu for 36 Frs. Waitress extremely efficient and friendly, managed to get us all what we wanted without writing anything down! Must return.

We took the special menu of the St. Valentin in the Restaurant. All plates had been nicely presented, were of very good taste and served by a friendly staff. The large offer of wine per glass or bottle at affordable prices is another very positive experience in the restaurant. One good point more, they are offering a large variety of local products of the Region. Well done!
We had a good experience with the buffet two years ago. But this time, it was deceiving. A lot of choice but some of the dishes seemed industrial and some other tasted either cold or not so fresh as they stay at ambient temperature without being renewed. The wine list was nice though expensive. The lady serving us was really friendly though we could feel the general atmosphere within the staff was heavy.
We came to Charmey for the Bain de Greuyer - and this was a perfect addition to the day's program! Excellent friendly service, swiss quality of meal, beautiful view behind the window, it jut couldn't get any better!
The hotel Cailler and its natural spring baths are fantastic. The food was the highlight of the stay. The steak tartare is outstanding and the selection of wine perfect any dinner. Ample breakfast and spot on lunch menus made the stay fruitful both professionally and personally.
Eat at the Bistro side. Excellent tartare, nice wine, good service. Not the cheapest but good value.
Not being a big fan of buffets this one was pretty good, as we were staying in the hotel we decided to eat here on arrival, although we did have to wait nearly 2 hours for a table not knowing we needed to reserve.
Breakfast was really good; Lunch was accurate but not as good as one could have expected. Sald as an éntrée, both days; then green risotto with (apparently frozen)shrimps or bulghur with legumes, and meringues or ice-cream as a dèssert.
