Firstly, I don't get why people are complaining about the prices, these are normal prices for Switzerland. But...I was there with a gift coupon I received. They didn't accept it, which would have been okay for me if it were told in a polite way.But there was no word of apology, they accused me of not reading properly what's written on the coupon because according to them it wasn't valid in their restaurant. This wasn't true, it was written "Valid in all McDonald's Restaurants in Switzerland and Liechtenstein." I showed this to them and they came up with the excuse that it's for a minimum purchase of 25 Francs. I asked them again where this is written and at that time the shift manager became grumpy and yelled at me to leave. I told him politely that it's not my first gift coupon from McDonald's and that I am well capable of reading, but he just continued on yelling at me to leave.

One of the three menu machines was out of service, and another one crashed out while we were using it. We talk to one of the girls on the counter, and she was quite rude. She spoke a very poor english, and try to avoid to pay atention to us. Finally she gave as a wrong menu without sauces. That's not all. It's quite expensive, and you have to pay for everything and extra price (0.20 extra for ketchup!.?) The wifi is limited to one our, and you have to give personal information (as your phone number and identity) to get it, and pay for extra time.
We went there for a late lunch on a hot afternoon. They had the windows open and no air conditioning. It was like 35 degrees inside. The burgers were not fresh and very stale. Although there were not many customers we had to wait long. The staff was rather rude. The tables had not been cleaned for long and the waste bin was full. The worst was the toilet though, extremely dirty and smelly. The hand dryer was totally filthy as can be seen on the pic. Sure never to return here again.
fast food totally different from qq other mc donalds from qq other country q have been.dirty restaurant, with few employees (2 attending and 1 in cleaning) nothing friendly, who do not speak English and do not do the least questao in being friendly. outside that snacks are expensive and horrible. without sauce, mayonnaise, dry, tasteless. in that location, where so many tourists circulate, should have a better mc donalds
Very Unfriendly service and quite expensive. Each fish fillet meal cost €12.70 and they fill the drink glass 3/4 full. Any kind of sauce (ketchup, tartar) will cost you additional €0.20 each,and you have to ask for straws as they will not give it to you.
How bizarre is it to find one of modernity's most iconic fast food establishments right beside the ancient clock tower of Old Town Bern? The old Town is a UNESCO World Heritage site.At least you know what you are getting when you go in but they have a smaller menu than what we have in the U.S
Haha, as any other McDonalds. Fastfood, Junkfood, Deliciousfood. Whenever I go to the town i always eat in some McDonalds.
Dirty restaurant, lowsy service and unapologetic staff. Criminal McDonald's puts it name to this outfit? and the equivalent of £23 for just two meals. Save your money.
