always very nice this place of avenches next to the restaurant to the crown, and we really have great eating, the knife pie with a soft bone and these sauces is delicious, you can go without problem, and the service to the small onions, p.birbaum

I've been with work colleagues. I chose the menu of the day: a salad mixed as an entrance, followed by a calfskin, barbecue sauce, polenta cake and vegetables and as a dessert a little snack at the coffee. The only criticism concerning the polenta galette: it seemed to be a fast polenta, so nothing to do with the polenta made on wood fire, in the correct set. Some colleagues had a little nervous calf, my taste and sauce were impeccable. I'll take it.

I ate the menu of the day. After a little seafood salad, I enjoyed myself with an excellent vegetable eminced and red curry. In bonus a friendly and attentive service.

excellent green salad. And yes, every beast, but knowing how to give so much flavor to such a simple entry, it comes to genius. I keep an excellent memory of the whole meal that was followed by a net of perch and accompanied by a glass of white wine from the vully. Nothing to say, if not bravo. super service, pleasant and professional. We were in the dining room. I recommend it warmly.

We cannot say enough about the wonderful meal and service we had at the restaurant. The food was 5 star as well as the service and the atmosphere.

First hunting meal of the season, I was looking forward to it, and I shouldn't have. The room is beautiful, the superb setting, the ideal terrace.But if the staff and the service are impeccable, it is not the case of the meal! the insipid entry, any hunting [a sort of fresh cheese stuffed chicken (?!)], dessert [a pear flan] too sweet, too heavy. This whole meal has missed finesse, quality and common sense. Too bad.

Before the Avenches Tattoo, I had dinner at the Hotel de la Couronne. I chose the fixed three course menu.The street patio was full to the brim and the staff were working as quickly as possible. I was surprised how fast I received my first dish. The second one, beef, came slower but was perfectly cooked. Before dessert was served I had to leave for the concert.The blending and juxtaposing of flavours was fantastic. For such a busy night, the service personnel did the best they could. I would return here for the food and the atmosphere.
