- we were four and had a week in advance. the restaurant said, "yes no problem." we arrive on site and there no reservation, because there has been a congress planned for 3 months. I find it abused that the restaurant didn't warn me by contacting me. - deplorable service- not friendly servers- the hotel master makes us a commercial gesture and offered us the 5-chf dish

I have the chance to come quite regularly to Aquatis, with colleagues.The location offers the best access to public transport and highway possible, while being in a dominant position over lake Geneva.Food is always very enjoyable, while the menu is rarely repeated. Coming here to lunch is always an occasion to treat myself.As the name suggests, fish and seafood is the main realm of expertise, but meat based dishes are not of lower quality.

very pleasant environment, efficient service. quality wines. the razy tin is delicious and well accompanied.

deplorable: potatoes were not cooked and we were served the salad on hot plates, next to the same potatoes not cooked. Already to miss the cooking of potatoes, it must be done, in addition, to make the economy of a salad plate, it marks a total lack of professionalism and consideration for customers. to imagine itself more than to be obligatory, since we are on the spot, we will eat what we are given and therefore, obligatoryly we will eat the hot salad, it is a very bad calculation. Never seen such a thing! lack of customer consideration and lack of professionalism both of the leader and of the staff.

we had a good time: good atmosphere and well prepared dishes. a good service with a nice and chalerous welcome.

a service not at all to the height of the dishes served. What a shame!Aquatis should really review the hiring criteria for their server team. They have no sense of service, yet considered essential in this profession.
