Having enjoyed the lunch buffet at Indian Zayeka on several occasions, we have finally been able to experience their full dinner menu. It is wonderful. The full menu at Indian Zayeka is quite varied, with more selections in each menu category than typically found. There is even a separate page for dishes with paneer (the unique Indian cheese). The pakora were quite yummy. The starter of raita, while delicious, seemed kind of small. Our favorite starter was the gambas tandoori - tandoor oven-roasted prawns! Of the regular, garlic and cheese naans the clear winner had to be garlic naan. We tried two lamb dishes, Kadhai Gosht and Gosht Vindaloo; both were tender and delicious, as was the Kadhai Paneer.Favorite-wise, having previously enjoyed the Butter Chicken we ordered two portions because we knew everybody would love it. Big surprise was the Dal Palak - spinach and lentils - with incredible complex flavor and texture. The wine list is also quite fine and reasonable. They actually had the years indicated on the list. Service was warm and friendly as always, but a bit stretched because they had quite a good crowd on a Saturday night. The restaurant isn't the easiest to find. They are located in a group of small residential towers and you have to walk up next to the garage entrance ramp and into the park in the center of the buildings to reach Indian Zayeka. There is parking to be found across the street from the garage entrance ramp.Enjoy!
